Selamat Balik! We come again with more to discuss with you. Right now, Mother Earth is in the midst of profound changes to her surface. The current topology is based on a series of major and minor tectonic plates which float on hundreds of miles of hot, plastic-like magma that is in a constant state of flux. Large currents of energy flow from the gravitational neutral zone to a region many miles beneath these floating plates. Every one of you lives upon landmasses that lie upon one or another of these large plates. These continent-sized plates are presently in the process of ‘locking’, which has caused major earthquakes and unusual seismic activity that your geologists cannot as yet explain. This is Mother Earth’s way of preparing for her drastic surface makeover, but so far these measures have reached barely 15%. The remaining reconfiguration is to be rather more turbulent in nature, and for this she needs to wait for your evacuation from her surface. This requires us to first carry out a massive first contact with you and we plan to do so after the new governments make their formal announcements.

Ending the global UFO cover-up is central to getting these broadcasts made. A network of groups that we call the dark cabal has illegally taken over most world governments, and these are deeply wedded to maintaining the cover-up. This subterfuge actually began long before World War II. As long ago as the 1880s and again in the 1920s, we tried to initiate programs to make ourselves public and to inform key governments on your world of our benevolent existence. These two attempts failed. All that these actions accomplished was to make the militaries aware of our presence and to imbue them with the determination to create hardware roughly equivalent to ours. It also provided an opening for the dark and its chief emissary, the Anunnaki, who began to suggest to Earth’s governments how to acquire such technology. The upshot was a drive to confiscate or steal promising inventions from prominent researchers, like Tesla and Moray, and also to undermine their work. Guided by the Anunnaki, many world governments began a stealthy search for these devices.

The first place to look was of course the laboratories of these famous inventors, and many ideas were seized and stolen over the next few decades. By the start of World War II, many nations possessed the foundations to begin the construction of various prototypes, with Germany leading the way. She had scientists working openly on space-travel research, zero-point energy devices, and advanced communications technology. At first glance one might presume Germany to have an advantage over the competition, but not far behind were the twin secret research teams of England and the US. By the late 1930s, an undeclared technology war was underway between these two groups. On top of this, the rising corporate world desperately wanted to use this technology to gain world dominance. To control this jockeying for supremacy, the dark created rivalries amongst all and sundry to ensure that its own plans to enslave Mother Earth’s children would triumph. The Light watched these shenanigans and waited for the right time to intervene and put a heavenly ‘monkey wrench’ in the works.

WW II went off as desired by the dark. The Anunnaki and the dark space empires they associated with gave the alliance of England and the US a major victory. All the advanced German technology, either in prototype form or in production, was seized. The major scientists heading up these projects were captured and sent off to America to start new research. The purpose was to meld the German and American research to hugely leapfrog the current projects. On another front, the Anunnaki’s dark associates, the Draco, had become apprehensive about the technological strides being made by the UK-US alliance, in particular, the rapid progress in atomic research. This represented a threat to their control, and so the Draco Empire sent in their Reticulan clones to investigate. The many Reticulan spacecraft crashes that followed alarmed them even further. These limited-conscious humans were doing things that were supposedly beyond their ken! A Draco intervention to reassert control seemed imminent.

The Draco, who considered your solar system to be part of their empire, were worried that Earth governments had begun to drift away from the dark control of the Anunnaki. So, in the interests of preserving their own powerbase on Earth, the Anunnaki sent their diplomats to reassure the Draco that they had the Earth ’situation’ well under control and that a full-scale invasion of Earth was unnecessary. In this, they were finally successful. During this time, we presented ourselves both to the dark Earth governments and to open-minded scientists and political figures. These latter meetings were our first contacts with what was eventually to become our Earth allies, and our goal was to create the foundation for what would be the first contact mission. From what we presented to them, these contactees and the various Light-oriented secret organizations began to envision a way to achieve their own goals in a distant future. Then we had to withdraw.

In the many decades leading up to first contact, we watched our Earth allies grow in strength and ability. Meanwhile, the dark on-planet minions began to work with the Anunnaki and their dark allies. This relationship produced technology that the Anunnaki and their minions needed for enslaving humanity. Hence, two divergent momentums were being played out on your world. However, we knew that the dark was slated to lose this battle with the Light. Heaven had been given a timetable by the Divine, and it was this element that brought the Galactic Federation back into the game in the early 1990s. We were convinced of the importance of first contact and the role it played in returning you to full consciousness, and this thinking brought us into alignment with the viewpoint of the Agarthans, and so a full partnership with them ensued.

The Agarthans had long been observing the machinations of the Anunnaki and their pursuit of a planetary power structure, the on-planet minions. To maintain control, the Anunnaki whittled down this group during the three Golden Ages early on in your deep dive into limited consciousness. However, these civilizations were also given certain devices and knowledge in order for them to retain some allegiance to the memories of ancient Lemuria. This enraged the Anunnaki who retaliated with great purging fires around 6-5000 BC, which left humanity clinging out of fear to their Anunnaki overloads, but also to what was left of their collective memories. These were handed down in oral myths from one generation to another. Clearly, the intimations of Heaven were still burning bright in every clan, tribe, city nation, and empire!

Modern times have witnessed the huge changes that are leading you to a massive transformation in consciousness. This move from limited to full consciousness is predicated on the rise of a new era of Light, which dethrones the dark and permits the Galactic Federation to intervene directly in your affairs. Heaven decrees that this transformation is inevitable and scheduled for this moment in your history. First contact with you is required, and it is our prerogative to sort out the details. We have advised your governments and their dark handlers of this fact, and regardless of exactly how this all plays out, we are ready to carry out our mission. The dark’s dominion on your world is at an end, and the Light is here to bring you abundance, Love, and Light!

Today, we filled in some historical details to give you a better idea of how the Light set up what is about to happen. Our Earth allies have worked with dedication to ensure that this world of Light is manifested. We, too, have added our voice, and this will shortly include our technology, to prepare the way for the world Heaven has proclaimed! In the course of the changes coming to Earth, the mass consciousness will dramatically change and people will see what is around them in a different light. For example you will move into a preference for new designs particularly in building, and the traditional square shapes will give way to those that are circular. Materials used will be more natural, and you will advance to organic materials such as we normally use. Of course you do use natural materials, but you also cover large areas of the Mothers Earth’s surface with concrete, and it stops her from breathing. You will know already that we build our Spacecraft with organic materials, and they are programmed with levels of consciousness that makes them self-proficient. Visitors to our craft have noted how the crews can interact with them to a very high degree. Naturally when we can move amongst you, we shall share such knowledge with you so that your advancement will speed ahead.

There is much for you to learn that needs revising in light of the truth we shall bring. It is to be expected that some of your beliefs and theories are inaccurate, and what we shall do is enable you to make a quantum leap into the future. There is as you might say a lot of catching up to do, and also the development of many good ideas you have already been working on. Nanotechnology is one example of what you have seen as a desirable advancement, and it will come into being. It is unfortunate that so many advancements that could have benefited Mankind, have been deliberately hidden away to keep the status quo where profit is put before your well-being. Yet massive amounts of your money have been invested in new technologies for military power. While these policies are followed, you are clearly not going to see peace come to your world. However, that is soon to all change and the war machine will grind to a halt and be dismantled. We shall bring you peace andensure that all weaponry is neutralized by our higher technologies. We are coming not to perpetuate the old life style, but introduce you to an easier and more satisfying way that will restore your sovereignty. You are to become free to have more time to follow your own pursuits, and the drudgery of life will be removed and replaced with more acceptable conditions that allow time for it.

The changes are lined up and in a well advanced state, that means once we can commence events will move forward quite quickly to say the least. You can sense that the dark Ones are losing their grip on you, and as they do so they will be unable to re-claim lost ground. We are blocking any moves they may make to establish any major threat, having already averted the potential of a serious incident. We are here to lead you on to a successful conclusion in your quest for Ascension. That result is beyond doubt and is already written in the annals of time. You may therefore set your sights fully upon ascending, and the plan is being supported by many Councils and individuals who are also helping you go forward. You would undoubtedly be surprised if you knew how many of them were with you at this time.

There are times when you feel that you need extra support, and in such instances it is as well to remember that you can contact your Higher Self. We often mention about allowing time for yourself and this is one of those occasions. If you have the names of your Guides then use them to make a contact, and if you have attached yourself to one of the great Angelic Beings such as Archangel Michael even better. Your prayers or petitions will be heard, and the answers may come in unexpected ways, such as through another source. You are indeed never alone, and in your times of need your Guides draw closer to you and welcome contact with you.

The Solar Cycle draws to a close and we the Galactic Federation are with you to experience the final days. This time unlike Atlantis you have avoided destroying yourselves, and rightly deserve the opportunity of Ascension. In its time Atlantis was a great spiritual civilization, but then the darkness descended upon them and they spiraled out of control down the path to oblivion. So many of you now on Earth were there in its demise, and subconsciously you still carry memories of that time. It is why perhaps you have felt fear at the possibility of another collapse leading to extinction. However, the signs are positive and as we mentioned, you are picking it up and it is helping you overcome your doubts. There are however a number of different predictions for the end times, and if you find that confusing rely on your intuitive feelings.

Victory is already with the Light, but the final days need to be enacted out for the sake of every soul on Earth. We stand at the ready and are urging our allies to push on, and they do so having received assurance of our assistance at every turn. We do far more in this way than may be evident, and a most important function is the continual monitoring of Mother Earth. We ensure there is an ongoing balance to avoid extreme consequences, and are particularly concerned with the areas subject to earthquake activity. We can accurately predict where and when they may occur, and although we cannot interfere with necessary changes we can lessen their effects. We have for many years going far back into the last century, dealt with many problems arising from pollution and nuclear fall-out. We have limited contamination to avoid as far as possible genetic damage to the future generations. However, Man uses various energies to power his inventions that radiate out damaging rays to your health. Most of this is known to you, but little notice is taken by those who profit from them. Our technologies will deal with these problems, and we will introduce you to clean, healthy and safe devices.

The sad part of your stunted progress where technologies are concerned, is that so many of your useful discoveries have been deliberately shelved. You have been denied the inventions that would have tremendously improved your quality of life. You have been unnecessarily placed in a position where you have suffered through the lack of progress, and forced to live at a very low level of sustenance. However, all of that will be changed once we can openly arrive on Earth. A number of opportunities are opening up that will hasten the event, and we wait with interest to see who will be the first to announce disclosure. It is close to happening but if it is stalled once again, we have the authority to intervene and bring it about ourselves. We would prefer you to front the announcement, as we have no desire to appear to be forcing the issue. However, the Divine Plan does not allow for continued delays and there is a final date by which action is required. The Universe is ascending and all progresses well and as planned, but we cannot allow little Earth to dictate the timing. As important as you are to the whole, you are still a relatively small cog in a very big wheel.

We note that the pressures are rising for a complete financial appraisal, with a view to introducing a totally new system. We encourage such moves as the old one has proven to be inadequate, and not operating to the benefit of the people. Your banking system has been gradually eating away at your hard earned monies, and has had little regard if any for the hardships that result from their avarice. That power is being removed, but only a complete change will serve your real interests and establish a fair and honest system. You will be recompensed, as abundance will see the return of prosperity and a fair and equitable sharing of your wealth. You will gradually move into a new phase of life that will be a prelude to Ascension, and bring you nearer to the Oneness that you will enjoy. Dear Ones, we have no requirement for money as everything is shared, and each souls requirements are provided to ensure they have the best standard of life possible. When you have no such needs the quality of life is idyllic, and allows for ample time for the pursuance of personal interests. The labors of life as you now experience them will no longer exist, and you will not toil and work your knuckles to the bone to exist. It has only been the greed for power and wealth by the richest families in your world, that has limited your progress towards such a society on Earth.

You have been allowed freewill at all times in experiencing duality. You may therefore reflect on the fact, that you have innocently allowed yourselves to give it up to those who are the power behind virtually all decisions that effect your lives. This is the faction you know as the Illuminati, and they are no longer as powerful now due to the grand work of our allies. We have of course as always guided events along that have been beneficial to them, and that support is perfectly acceptable as the Light is allowed to confront the dark Ones. On Earth the battle is becoming more obvious, and is a reflection of a greater one that continues in the higher realms. The dark energies permeate the Universe, and are attracted to the lower vibrations wherever they exist. It is as though you signal your readiness to engage with them, and that is what has happened on Earth. For eons of time you have been under its influence, and in consequence Beings of low vibration have infiltrated your Earth. Now the vibrations have risen considerably, and your Earth is no longer a suitable place for them. As it continues to rise, so their influence is weakened and they lose their power over you. Eventually they will have no option but to leave the Earth, and that time rapidly approaches.

Selamat Balik! We return to relay more information about what is happening in your reality. Right now, much is occurring that is leading to a final resolution of your confusing and chaotic world. The death throes of one era and the start of another tend to overlap, and this is the case with what is now being played out in this reality. The old guard is only now recognizing the fact that your present reality is beyond saving. It is like a severely punctured boat, and the holes are just too numerous to be repaired. It is time to let it sink and look for a suitable replacement. But the dark cabal, which runs this old guard, thinks otherwise; it feels that, somehow, magic can still be pulled out of the hat in time to save the day and that, somehow, this dilemma can be solved. The dark persists in this hope despite the fact that the old guard and its many associates now maintain that no such magic is anywhere in sight and as a result are busy deserting the proverbial sinking ship. Thus, any hope of keeping the status quo is soon to be doused. Our Earth allies see this and gladly welcome these new recruits to their cause.

The latest discussions with the dark ones are now tinged with desperation. Their panic grows by the hour and the extent of this panic colors the last moments of their time in power. Never before on your world has a group accustomed to ruling a whole planet been vanquished in this manner. Normally, in the past, this comeuppance came about via a series of physical catastrophes, and while Mother Earth has provided some degree of physical destruction, the global havoc the dark had banked on using for their ends did not materialize. Instead, it is government’s financial and institutional shortcomings that have led to the dark’s downfall, and this setback to their plans irks them. The global populace is on the verge of taking charge and running the villains out of town. Your world is about to learn many things about subjects none of you could have imagined. These revelations are to reestablish who you are, your true history, and why you are here. Hidden deep within many sequestered dark libraries are truths which we intend to expand on. These tell the stories of your origins and of how the Anunnaki and Co manipulated you for decades.

Freedom comes with responsibilities. You are preparing to absorb much new information and to leap ahead on a number of fronts simultaneously. Our Earth allies have a rather long list of things to do, the first of which involves governmental change and a sweeping transformation of your global financial system. Then comes a whole spectrum of undertakings that you are to carry out efficaciously. These tasks will give you a better understanding of Mother Earth and why you are here. We have seen you gradually learn about yourselves and discover new ways to comprehend the nature of the reality you live in. The dark thought it could hide this from you for decades yet, but such is not the case. Indeed, its own greed and arrogance has collapsed your world to the point of no return. This terminal state of affairs is now quite clear to those in the know, and this brief interregnum will end very shortly. What remains is a final negotiation that sets the stage for the caretaker regimes we have been telling you about.

This negotiation is fraught with danger as the dark cabal does not intend to cooperate. Already in a state of panic, the dark minions are scared stiff that these agreements will cost them not only their power and wealth but also their lives. It is this fear that fuels the escalating turmoil now choking the global news media. It is vital to bear in mind that when these talks are complete and signed off on, a new world is to appear before you. Then the aforementioned immense amount of information will become available and most of the mysteries of your world can be explained. There exists an unwritten history that is suddenly to become “written.” The duplicities of the Anunnaki are to be revealed, and the number and enormity of the crimes against humanity are also to be described in detail. This information will lead back to Atlantis and, ultimately, Lemuria, where your ET origins are to be found. These coming developments are another reason for this first contact mission and they explain why we have stayed here so long.

Once this plethora of new information has been divulged, first contact can proceed. In your minds, we can finally move out from the shadows of conjecture into the light where we can be seen as benign and ready to return you to full consciousness. You may then be able to appreciate the extent of our loving patience and the excellent results of this mission. Your world is troubled about the chaos it is experiencing, and in the midst of this you are to have conferred upon you a multitude of new facts. This process of clarification will give us much credibility in your eyes, and as the dark’s control fades and you are released into the Light, you will come to a new definition of yourselves. All this will be supported by the revelation of our benevolent existence by the caretaker governments. Then we can begin to inform you about your destiny and prepare you for full consciousness, which is the primary goal of this whole undertaking.

We cannot overstate the importance of this point: you are to become fully conscious. This is boldly decreed by the divine plan. You are special Beings. Our mission is to get this done. From the outset, Heaven informed us that the timeframe for getting this done was beyond that of our normal first-contact protocols. So we committed ourselves to you and set to work to learn more about you. The results are now taking shape around you. We employed our resources to get our Earth allies over the hump, so to speak, and together with our Agarthan brethren we began to make sense of your cultural behavior patterns and the way your many societies are put together. This learning curve has been most productive all round. Your main preconceptions resemble those of a manipulated and well-controlled society, and in many ways, your societies take after those of the former dark Anchara Alliance.

This similarity to other dark societies comes as no surprise. The Anunnaki were once associates of the dark Anchara Alliance, so naturally their way of molding your world followed the Alliance’s proven models. Now you are to move in another direction. This implies that a new societal model is required, which is where galactic society comes into the picture. This is a societal prototype for fully conscious beings, which is what you are to become. Your Agarthan neighbors have created the means to carry this out, and we are to provide the data, which will enable you to be returned to your glorious, fundamental wholeness! Heaven is surely and safely bringing this path to manifestation. Look upon what is happening to you as the means to bring you back to the miracle that is the True You!

As you transform into full consciousness, see yourself as a bird in the molt about to take wing. You are casting off the fledgling fluff of limited consciousness and becoming the beautiful creature who can soar into the skies of multidimensionality. The changes you are undergoing reverse the “unplugging” that was carried out on you nearly 15 millennia ago in Atlantis when the dark Anchara Alliance came here to work its black magic on you. These dark ones began to experiment on you to undo full consciousness within this dualistic reality. The results are what you see all around you. Our purpose is to reverse what the Atlanteans and their dark cohorts did. Your aches and pains attest to the last stages of this return to who you really are.

Today, we continued to review the events happening on your world. The time for change is here. We are prepared for first contact and look forward to seeing our Earth allies set off the “cascade of dominoes.” When we arrive en masse, a tremendous celebration will begin! It is because we wish to get our message out that we are hastening the announcement of our presence, and our reason for being here. The mood of the people will change dramatically once they are informed of our mission. We offer you release from the thralldom of many centuries of persecution, poverty and wars that have kept you in the control of the dark Ones. That alone will bring joy and hope to those who are still experiencing such conditions, and through the prosperity program will address many current issues. We will be more involved in the bigger ones that have beset your whole world. Pollution is one that must be reversed as soon as possible, and also the lack of basic requirements that have left the poorer people in shanty towns, without proper facilities or medical care. We are well aware of the priorities where you are concerned, and regardless of size our vast fleet and personnel can handle them with ease. Free energy devices will come from us and also many sources on Earth where they have already been developed. Through deliberate policy they have been held back by the Illuminati, to protect their own investment in oil and the utilities.

You should have been able to advance your standard of living much more than it is now. Every civilization is entitled to benefit from new discoveries, that are not given simply to be enjoyed by the privileged few, or your armed forces. The ideas for such devices that already exist were intended for the good of all, and made available to you for your independence and self-sufficiency. The changes will not be imposed for the sake of it, but are part of our plan to bring you the comforts and protection, that will lift your experiences to a new level and bring you joy and happiness. Following that you will be in the right frame of mind to apply yourselves to the business of preparing for Ascension. That is the ultimate goal and it is your choice as to whether you take that path to your future. The alternative is to remain in your present dimension, and continue to experience in a cycle of duality.

There is nothing new in the information we give you, inasmuch that you already knew eons of time ago how this cycle would end. However, time has erased your waking memory in most cases, and we will help lift your levels of consciousness back to where they were originally. You are great Beings having a human experience to test your ability to work your way back to the Light. You cannot really fail, but have needed assistance to shake off the dark attachments that you have gathered over millennia of time. That is why the cleansing is about you and Mother Earth, as she also carries the dark energies that have become grounded deep within the Earth. Those who are of the Light have been the forerunners who have helped transmute them, and have also powered the grid around the Earth. With the addition of powerful energies reaching you from outer space, the vibrations are lifting very rapidly. This spells the death knell of the dark Ones, who can no longer command authority over you and are losing their power to the Light and Love so many of you carry.

All of your intentions and great application to bringing the Light to Earth has been successful. The beauty is in that by helping one, you help all and take humanity to a higher level. The Oneness that you should be experiencing is taking form, and it will override any perceived differences based on color or language. Eventually even language will cease to come between you, and devices that translate them one to another will be in every ones possession. Be sure Dear Ones, we know exactly what you need to firmly put the past behind you. We have prepared for the days ahead for a long, long time and have many surprises in store for you. Put things into perspective and let the past fade away, and move into the future even if only for the time being it is only a vision. It will materialize very soon, and the Galactic Federation cannot wait to address you, and register your excitement and joy at what we bring you. Remember that we are your Brothers and Sisters, and not some alien species that has no resemblance to you or a life experience like yours. We are just that much ahead of you, albeit thousands of years in evolution and it is also your path.

What more can we do to lift your spirits and open your hearts to us. We are Beings of Light who to put it simply, have already moved into the higher dimensions where you are headed for through the Ascension process. You could at anytime have ascended as an individual, but this end time is ordained for your whole civilization to have such an opportunity. It is unique because you will ascend with your physical body that will have already been prepared for it. Everything in your Universe is changing and being lifted up to a higher dimension. It is a great occasion that the more advanced civilizations can handle through their own understanding and higher vibrations. You need help to do it, and that is what the members of the Galactic Federation are here for in great numbers.

At a time when you have such a good system of communication, it is ironic that it is controlled by those behind the media who determine what you are allowed to know. What should be given a public airing is censored, and results in so many major topics of national interest being hidden away. There has not been such a thing as freedom of the Press to report on all matters of interest for a long time. Indeed reports are falsified to satisfy the aims Illuminati, and journalists comply rather than risk losing their jobs. When their lives and family are also threatened it takes a brave person to stand up to them. However, the truth does eventually come out, mainly thanks to the Internet and it needs protecting to ensure the principle of free speech. The false operations such as 9/11 are a good example of what the Internet can do to bring out the truth. It is true that it can also be used to counter truth with disinformation, but with discernment and intuition you will know what is true or not.

Some of you ask what can you personally do to help change things, and our response is to advise you to talk amongst yourselves so that the truth is known by as many as possible. If action groups can be formed all the better, and along with others you will continue to apply pressure for the full truth to be revealed. Otherwise individually concentrate on how you visualize the future where you are free and your sovereignty is restored, and you will be helping it to manifest. Of course we have a great input into such matters, and working with our allies behind the scenes to speed up matters so that our plan for your future can fully commence. Have no fear as to the outcome; it has been decided in the higher dimensions by great Beings who see the whole picture from their perspective. What has been decreed by them will come to pass, and all will be manifested by the time this cycle of duality has been completed. You are so near to major changes upon Earth, whilst the Sun and your solar system continue to move into a higher vibration. That is already being noted, but again such information is not readily made public but held back. There has been a policy of secrecy for many years, none more so than the findings of NASA who have deliberately set out to keep you from knowing about our activities and us.

Dear Ones, we are near to announcements that will reveal the truth about us. No amount of denial will make any difference, and the secrets about our involvement with you and your governments will come out. They have known of us for many, many years and have repeatedly refused our offers of help. The benefits that we are bringing you could have been yours a long time ago, and you have been stopped from progressing to satisfy the greed for wealth and power of the elite. It is time to remove the dark Ones and their cronies, and they will not be able to stop the tide of change that is sweeping through the corridors of power. Governmental changes are a high priority and we will ensure that the right people represent you when we openly arrive on Earth. Our ways are ones of peace and love for all life, and those in power that are not working on a higher vibration will be removed. We shall use legal means to bring about such changes, and there will be no hiding place or way to defeat justice. We know exactly what each individual has done during their time serving as your representatives, and hold the proof should it be needed.

The dark Ones have had their opportunities to have a change of heart and move towards the Light. It is their choice as to where their future lies, and we seek nothing other than their removal from office. Like any soul, they will one day judge themselves, and there is no retribution or punishment except that they may answer to Mans laws. You have learnt much through the cycle of duality, and it has served its purpose in bringing you to understand the opposites and still rise up. You are clearly spiritually stronger than when you started your epic journey through the darkness and lack of Light. It is in fact quite remarkable that given the loss of your true identity you have still managed to find your way back, and today stand at the door of Ascension. It is truly a wonderful achievement and you are to be applauded for it.

Keep your focus as ever on the future, and the past will take care of itself. Your energy is best used in this way, as the more of you who do so the quicker your vibrations will rise up. It will also increase your protection against any intrusion from the dark Ones, and you will easily ward it off. As you rise up your consciousness levels increase and a stronger link is formed with your Higher Self. This is just but one step on the path to super consciousness and your return to the higher dimensions, where your awakening will be complete. Even now your awareness is growing and you are becoming more intuitive. You will gradually find that you do not need outside help to the extent you did previously. These are sure signs that you are progressing very quickly, and you will undoubtedly succeed in reaching Ascension.

As this self-destructive feeding-frenzy continues, the cabal inevitably hurtles toward its demise. The world watches as this grotesque performance reaches rock bottom. Our intervention, meanwhile, strengthens the activities of our Earth allies. Your limited-conscious realm is governed by money and power, ensuring that the state is wedded to the whims of the wealthy. This symbiotic relationship now requires a quick end. Our Earth allies comprehend this and have drawn up a host of new agreements between various states, the powerful, and our allies. These rare birds understand how important it is to create a situation in which the “old ways” are put at risk in order to finally discard them. These strategies are close to achieving their objective. Many on your world are truly frustrated at the time this has taken so far. We sympathize and are using our own plans to hasten the long-overdue end of the old ways. Your old reality is visibly cracking under the combined strains of the activities of both the cabal and of our Earth allies.

While this strange operation is underway, Mother Earth has put us on notice to accelerate drastically our timetable for first contact. The recent increase in earthquakes measuring seven plus on the Richter scale is a clear warning of what she has in store, as is the extinction level of many endangered plants and animals. Meanwhile, the melting of the glaciers in the Northern Hemisphere continues unabated. The South Pole is temporarily a different story; here, millions of people are being affected by the huge rip in the ozone layer, and we have worked to repair this hole which is why the Antarctic glaciers are actually expanding again. Our next job is to give similar support to the Arctic ozone hole, but Mother Earth regards these as mere minor fixes. The slight shift in the Earth’s 23.5 degrees of obliquity caused by the Chilean earthquake is yet another harbinger of what Mother Earth plans. We meet frequently with our Earth allies to discuss these vital matters and have begun a series of talks with major Earth governments.

Your ecosphere is strongly rebelling, and Mother Earth requires that you leave her surface soon to take up your new homes in the beautiful 5-D world that is Inner Earth. Remember that Earth, like all stars and planets, is hollow. Inside her is the most splendid world filled with sights, sounds, and fragrances that will astound you! To get you there we need to complete Heaven’s work and return you to full consciousness. This is no small task when the major governments of your world plot with the dark to keep you from your destiny. Heaven reassures us every day that this goal is non-negotiable and that the upcoming period is when this grand transition is to take place. We have put together a team that is working closely with your planet’s Spiritual Hierarchy and a firm timetable is being agreed upon. We asked our Earth allies to accelerate their plans for bringing down the dark cabal and we, meanwhile, are implementing a special plan to speed your conversion by Light Chamber into fully conscious Beings.

These various plans are currently under full review by our Command Board and the entire fleet. We are repositioning a number of atmospheric fleets and calling upon our family in Agartha to assist us in resolving and activating the requirements of several scenarios. We need to move you smoothly and swiftly to Inner Earth, where special zones have been set aside in which several crystal cities have been constructed for you. Here you will find the living quarters and Light Chambers where you are to undergo your transformation into fully conscious Beings. A training syllabus has been compiled to teach you about the etiquette you will need once you are fully conscious. When you are competent and comfortable with your new state of consciousness, you are then ready to be introduced to galactic society. Initially, you will live within a typical Agarthan “podlet,” where you can freely discuss what you are seeing and experiencing.

This period of adjustment will take place while Mother Earth restores your former surface home. This immense reconfiguration is to happen after all living things have been evacuated. Once the new topography is set in place, the new ecology will be introduced. Mother Earth wants a far more varied and a much more friendly series of living zones to be set up around the world, and her new lands, seas, and skies will be the habitats of many new creatures and plants. The only artificial structures are to be small special villages placed on major surface nodes, where you, as Mother Earth’s new guardians, are to keep her multiplicity of realms in balance with ritual, dance, and chants. You are also to assist with the song and ritual of your Cetacean allies. Together, you are to honor Mother Earth and be responsible for the well being of all her life forms on this most exquisite of worlds.

This joint activity with the cetaceans will show you how easy it is to work with your fellow humans as well as other fellow sentient Beings to preserve the natural balance of planets and to unfold the divine plan. We come with many things to discuss with you. The major banks of your globe are awaiting the fate of the US Federal Reserve Bank because when this bank and its cohort in England collapse, the new global banking system can come on line in earnest. Until then, various methods are underway to force the recalcitrant banks out. All other components of this changeover are ready and waiting and under starter’s orders. China, Japan, and a host of other nations are completing the steps to prepare for the moment when the present US administration is replaced by the American caretaker regime. This new governance is to formally mark the start of a period of friendly cooperation among nations. Most of your survival stresses are to be alleviated once the present US government passes from the world scene. The dark cabal and its hubristic manipulation of the American and Soviet governments are primarily responsible for the past sixty years of discord.

Your history is at a massive turning point. The dark cabal, which has been the de facto power behind the global scene, is on the verge of throwing in the towel, and its demise results inescapably in the full disclosure of our existence and of a veritable constellation of advanced technologies! Your society is shifting from a survival-based orientation to one of service and responsibility. Exciting research in the fields of psychology and medicine in general includes the study of creativity and the brain’s astonishing cognitive skills. This advancement springs directly from your rising consciousness, fueling the new focus on your intuitive cognitive abilities. Your scientists are reaching toward aspects that hint at full-consciousness faculties and that attest to a human potential which transcends the current bio-scientific paradigm. This calls for a new societal and scientific model that can embrace concepts that take you far beyond your conventional wisdom. In all spheres of endeavor, things are either in a state of chaos or actively indicating new ways of perceiving how your world really operates. The past millennia of “normal” are transiting into something completely different. You sit on the brink of this reality and are already sliding quickly onto a path which includes first contact!

Your world is in fact already fully entwined with us, and our job is now to move us both toward open first contact. However, due to recent developments, the seamlessness of the previous first-contact plan has been replaced by some possibly bumpy interactions. Also, many academicians and members of your diplomatic corps have contributed valuable insights about effecting change. The key to change is a coherent stewardship supported on occasion by our technological superiority.

The dark cabal is an expert on how to manipulate and control you. Our earth-bound advisors have educated us fully in how this works and we intend to use this data to move your society from endlessly tottering on the brink of change to actually seeing the changes manifest. We incorporated our recently gleaned information into a proposal which we submitted to our heavenly advisors for approval. They recommended various modifications, and we are now implementing their suggestions and thereby altering what our Earth allies are doing. This new thrust emphasizes the rapid completion of all goals affecting the ascendance of the caretaker regimes. It is of paramount importance that these new governments begin to work together to set up the more equitable financial system, institute global debt forgiveness, and end the global UFO cover-up as well as the government-backed terrorism that plagues your world.

Once again our tasks have proliferated and we are now even more deeply involved in your affairs and working closely with Mother Earth. Our scientists are using the expertise of our Agarthan brethren to better understand what it is that Mother Earth now needs to have happen. You have a big responsibility to Mother Earth, and this divine service links you to Inner Earth and allows you to forge a wondrous bond with your Inner Earth cousins. This knowledge encompasses your Moon and the resurrection of Earth’s two former celestial companions. Your solar system, like Earth, is using her increased activity to prepare for her shift into a fully conscious fifth-dimensional reality. The large outer gas planets are adjusting the electrogravitic fields that hold everything in balance. This huge field stretches around your solar system like an immense placenta and is now readying to birth your new reality. The many noncorporeal Beings who reside in your solar system are joyously waiting for the moment when you can easily communicate with one another. They have a truly inexhaustible knowledge of this system and all its planets, and can fill you in on how the trans-Martian planet Pax was destroyed and how it is to be reconstituted by the Elohim. This is a mere glimpse of the world that is to open up for you once your full consciousness is restored.

Recently our Galactic Federation medical teams have reported that many of you are having lower backaches, shoulder pains, and heart, liver, and kidney problems. These assorted maladies are due mainly to the bringing in of the diaphragm, new heart, and thymus chakras. These new centers are tied in to the awakening of various meridians that have been long dormant in you. These meridians are eventually to be integral to your body’s more extensive nervous system. One of Heaven’s first goals is to bring out of dormancy as much of your physical self as possible, and these aches and pains are part of getting you to a place where your final leap into full consciousness, with the help of your Inner Earth Light chambers, can easily happen.

In duality the pain and suffering results from the lack of understanding as to your power to direct your own life. You have allowed yourself to forget who you really are, and have experienced separation in such a way, that you have become immersed in the negativity created by those who are out of balance. The more your Light is subdued, the more you are sucked down into the lower vibrations and literally become lost. Yet all through such experiences your Light although dim still shines out, because it can never be extinguished. There inevitably comes a time when you become dissatisfied with your life, and it is then that you may begin your search for something better. Hopefully you can identify your shortcomings and set your sights on measures that will change it. Some of you reading these messages are at present on the path to recovery, and it is only guidance that you need. The rest you can easily do providing you persevere and focus on the goal you have set for yourself.

You may be thinking it is easy for us to look down at your activities and comment on how you are doing. However, that is part of our role where you are concerned, and as you will find in due course when you ascend, service to others is essential to help their upliftment. What better position can we be in to advise you, when we have already walked the path you are on now. We know what you are going through, and because of our experience can see what help you need. There was never the intention that you would be left solely to your own devices. After all duality is not your real home, and it gives only the holographic stage upon which you act your roles as Human Beings.

Those of you who are open-minded are finding the truth about yourselves quite acceptable. That is not surprising to us as you are seeking a new way, indeed a better and more pleasing way of experiencing life. You have seen and experienced the lower vibrations, and for those who have progressed it seems to have little more to offer. This is to be expected as you are ending your time in duality for that reason. What is more natural than one cycle ending and a new one beginning, as it is in the nature of all changes that are planned for the evolution of your Universe. They are not chance happenings but part of your inevitable journey back to the Source.

It must be said that you can stay within any dimension for as long as you desire, but within you is an innate urge to continue progressing with your spiritual evolution. Energy never stands still and is re-shaping and re-forming, until it reaches that point within the Source where it is in the ultimate state of perfection. However, you are far from that point with a myriad of journeys ahead of you, not just in this Universe but others that are part of your Omniverse, including parallel Universes. There are intelligent life forms beyond your present imagination, and some are entirely different to what you have been used to so far. Outer appearances will not concern you, as in the future you will recognize all souls through their energy signature which will be similar to your own.

You have a lot to learn about so many things but have as much time as you need, because life is infinite and you have the freedom to choose your own experiences. Some will still ask what the point of it all is, and Dear Ones wherever you are and whatever you are doing it is for your growth and evolution. Once you have gone beyond duality life is invigorating and fulfilling, and an absolute joy. You may think it is too good to be true, but we do not exaggerate and the truth is sometimes difficult to convey in words you would understand. Your language is short of the words needed to really paint the picture we would like.

The more you take note of what we are telling you about the future you can expect, we feel it will be easier for you to accept that your present experiences are about to change for the better. The future is golden and of a high vibration that will surround you in Love and Light. It will not be long before you will get your first taste of life as it could have been, had you not been held back by the dark Ones. Their influence is nowhere near as strong as it was and is continuing to grow weaker. It is not yet apparent but all proceeds as planned, and as we so often confirm victory is already yours.

First contact will introduce you to a new world that most of you do not know how to function in. Our task is to use our expertise to prepare you for our arrival and for your final steps to full consciousness. We are not to be treated with disrespect nor are we to be treated like “gods” who are special souls who have embodied into a physical form. As humans, we possess similar body parts. The only difference is that we are larger and fully conscious. Treat us as you would a favorite teacher or a much beloved older relative. Such people are ones that you turn to for guidance, knowledge and apropos wisdom about life. We see you as having an immense potential that first needs to be drawn out and then manifested to the fullest. We see this in you every day and our dossiers are filled with such comments. When you achieve full consciousness, you are to move immediately from the diamond in the rough to the finished polished jewel. All that we are supplying is the setting so to speak that needs to surround and embellish what you are to become.

Full consciousness is the basis for the current struggle now taking place between the Light and the dark on your world. Everywhere the dark has set up projects to keep you somehow in your present state of amnesia. As you become more aware this amnesia begins to wane. You see how the dark manipulates you and how you can start to counter this. Thus, the dark created a global psychic network as well as a series of “black operations” designed to hinder your movement toward full consciousness. These things have largely failed. Heaven and we are engaged in various counter measures that have prevented any of these heinous plans from achieving any large degree of success. While we have been doing this, our Earth allies have come within a hair’s breathe of victory. The remaining tasks are being taken on by our liaisons. These women and men are altering their mission from mere advice to a more active stance. Initial successes as we mentioned previously are growing. Our task is to get you quickly into a position where first contact is feasible.

We constantly mention first contact for one critical reason. It simply changes everything on your world. The environment after first contact is quite different than the one before. Contact questions what you have been told about who you are, where you come from and what is your relation to Mother Earth and indeed, the whole of Creation! In one fell swoop you begin a march toward becoming a galactic human and away from being a limited consciousness human. You start to embrace concepts that before were ludicrous and now swiftly become mainstream. This vast leap in beliefs is something that your secret masters dread. Our allies know this and have been working in tune with us to bring these denizens of the shadows into the Light. Your journey needs to be centered on your internal growth in consciousness and not on how do I survive. In this latter mode, you have looked elsewhere in order to sustain yourself and your growing society. The coming prosperity is meant to alter this and permit you to turn fully inside.

As you do this, you can observe daily how the former leaders of your world are to be held accountable by your new transitional governments. These large and complex trials like Nuremberg are to set the stage clearly for what is criminal and intolerable for the world community. You are entering a realm quite different from the one you reside in. Our task is to oversee all of this and insure that your world is free from the madness that has haunted the halls of government long before the fall of Nazi Germany. Too many leaders have given in to expedience, money and power. By doing this, each of them forged their part in a reality which allowed the new corporate state to form and spread its evil throughout your world. No one nation is entirely to blame. What is to be different is that the old ways are to be made inaccessible. Initially, we are here to help establish some new ethical rules and fashion an atmosphere truly conducive to a new way.

Included in this new way is your deep responsibility to Mother Earth’s eco-system. What you need to do first is reestablish your relationship with her. This means reversing a deep belief that you are separate from her. Mother Earth with the help of some now hidden technology possesses enough water, food and shelter for everyone. This can be done without greatly obstructing nature. The next step is to withdraw your presence. The human footprint has stomped all over Mother Earth. This may seem to you at first reading to be some form of dichotomy, let us explain. Your present technology interferes with nature. This needs to be addressed. Then you can easily employ other special technologies that can end farming, lumbering, mining and manufacturing.

As you move away from what your various societies have looked like for centuries, you will adapt new types of societies. As prosperity spreads like wildfire, new institutions need to be formed. These are to be the forerunners for your new galactic society. Humans in this galaxy were given a gift millions of years ago by Heaven. These are the four societal Laws. These sacred sayings are the foundation for our star nations and our societies. We are to impart them fully to you as you begin to transform your many diverse societies. These documents are simple and direct. The most important thing is to go within. Learn from the wisdom of your “I Am Presence” and your heavenly guardians. Let this sacred partnership expand. Together form a “team” whose sole purpose is to teach you about who you are and how to serve Heaven in physicality.

In the immediate present, we are devoted to cleaning out the dark from its various secret liars. Our liaisons have a job to do and our first task is nearly complete. The dark understands that it is really on its last legs. There is a little left to be done. We are working with our Earth allies and with those who share a similar vision. We all realize just how important it is to get the new financial system and the new prosperity in place. This is the step that allows the various transitional governments to assume power. The sooner we achieve this the better! Our fleet is ready to execute a mass landing. We intend to delay this until the new governments are in power.
